“Message in a Bottle” is available completely free to anyone. It is a simple plastic container which, when given out, contains 2 stickers and a “personal health form”. You simply complete the form, which will have details of your name, your address, your doctor’s name, any medication you are taking, and medical history. Once complete the form is placed back in the container and the container placed in you refrigerator. You them put one sticker on your front door and one on the fridge door. In the event of any emergency arising, attending paramedics will automatically look in the fridge and will have immediate access to your medical history which greatly speeds up diagnosis and treatment.
